Managed Cloud services

Veracom Solutions Managed Cloud Desktop as a service provides customers with a fully managed and supported desktop environment from the Cloud data centre. This service delivers any device, anywhere access and ranges from simple kiosk-based services all the way up to comprehensive facilities that can fully replace an on-premises client server file/email/desktop environment. The Cloud Desktop can also be easily integrated into pre-existing customer networks should there be a requirement to offer bring your own device strategies.

Managed Server services

The Veracom Managed Server as a Service can be a standalone offering, or one which is neatly integrated with the Veracom's Solution offering above. Through this service Veracom can offer a variety of infrastructure hosting facilities, ranging from a simple utility based server, all the way up to Exchange, File & Print, Application and/or Database Server hosting services.

Disaster Recovery on Demand

Offers cloud based back-up and business continuity services to customers that have invested heavily in their private cloud infrastructure. Disaster Recovery-on-Demand delivers backup services via monthly 'per server' subscriptions, jobs are managed and monitored daily by the Veracom Solutions Network Operations Centre, and in the event of critical outages or disasters Applaud can invoke replicated servers from our Sydney based data centre within minutes. Disaster Recovery-on-Demand can save customers tens or even hundreds of thousands of dollars by providing Disaster Recovery without extensive up front infrastructure costs.

Private Cloud Servers

Veracom Solutions Managed Private Cloud Servers as a service provides customers with a fully managed and supported server environment with one key difference. Although Veracom fully owns and operates the equipment, you have the assurance that data is secure and kept private as the equipment can reside in your office. Of course we have the option to house the equipment in our state of the Tier III+ datacentre offering 24x7x365 monitoring and advanced redundancy features.
